First held in 1988, the historical-environmental workshops make a fundamental contribution to the overall program of recovery and rebirth of the island of Lazzaretto Nuovo, offering numerous occasions to explore fascinating topics in close collaboration with sector experts, in a unique landscape.
Over the decades, students, young people and enthusiastic supporters from all over the world have participated in our work camps or helped with the restoration and maintenance projects, taken courses or carried out theoretical-practical internships organized in collaboration with universities and local, national and international institutions.
The workshops interact with the ecomuseum, revealing the contents of their respective magic boxes to the public: lectures and special visits are organized to provide opportunities to delve into particular topics in greater depth and familiarize oneself with the various facets and specializations of the sector.
*Due to the pandemic situation: no workshop in the 2021*
